Connect Zoho to Popl to sync leads into your Zoho account automatically.
This document provides a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up Popl’s direct integration with Zoho. Once configured, this integration allows you and your team to instantly sync leads collected through Popl directly into your Zoho account.
Connecting your Zoho Account
First, from the home page of the Popl dashboard, click into the "Integrations" tab. Then find the tile for Zoho and click on the tile.
2. Next, you will be taken to the connect page as shown below. Choose if you want to connect the Zoho integration for your entire team or certain subteams. (Connections can be unique per subteam). Once you’ve made your selection, click “Connect Integration".

You will then be redirected to a window asking you first to sign-in to your Zoho account. The account you use to login here should be a Zoho admin to allow our integration to work correctly. You will then be asked to accept the terms and conditions for access.

4. After logging in and granting access, you’ll be redirected back to the Popl dashboard to your Zoho Configuration page.
