How to Uninstall HubSpot

In this document, we show you how to uninstall the HubSpot integration both from Popl and from HubSpot dashboards.

How to Uninstall the Integration from Popl

To uninstall the HubSpot integration from the Popl dashboard, follow the below steps:

1. First, navigate to the "Integrations" tab from the main left menu in the Popl dashboard.

1. Here you will see the currently connected HubSpot integration. Click into the integration.

2. From inside the HubSpot integration, find the "Disconnect Integration" in the bottom left. Click on that next.

1. Once clicking on "Disconnect Integration" you will see a green popup like below that confirms the integration has indeed been fully disconnected.

How to Uninstall the Integration from HubSpot

How does Disconnecting the Integration Affect my Data?

Disconnecting the HubSpot integration will have no effect on the existing lead and contact data that you have on Popl or HubSpot. All leads in Popl will remain and all contacts on HubSpot will be untouched.

When you disconnect the integration, the only thing that stops working is the sync functionality. Any auto sync or manual sync functionality that is set-up will stop functioning until re-connected. The integration can be re-connected at any time and once re-connected, leads and contacts will start syncing.

Note: Re-connecting the HubSpot integration will not sync any historic leads that were collected while the integration was disconnected. If you'd like to sync all or some leads that were collected while disconnected, simply select the leads you'd like to sync using the checkboxes on the leads page and then in the bottom right, click "Export", then "Export to HubSpot".
