Book meetings with your leads directly within Popl
Overview
Calendar Booking Links let you connect your scheduling tool to Popl so you can book meetings with leads right after capturing them.
When you open a calendar booking link from within a lead, Popl will pass as much info as possible from the Popl lead to the booking form. Any data that can not be automatically passed is only one tap away via quick and easy copy and paste.
Setting up your calendar links
Adding links on mobile
Open the Popl app and go to Settings
Tap Calendar Links
Tap Add Link and paste your scheduling URL. You can add any valid calendar URL to this input.
Optionally add a label (e.g., "30-Min Demo" or "15-Min Intro Call") to help you identify the link later
Tap Save
You can add up to 10 calendar links per user. Once you've reached the limit, you'll need to remove an existing link before adding a new one.
Adding links on the web dashboard
Navigate to your profile on the web dashboard
From the Members page, click into a member and navigate to the Calendar Links section in the menu bar
Paste your URL, and optionally add a label
Click Save
The same 10-link limit applies on web.
Admin management
Full Team Admins can add and edit calendar links for any member on the team from the web dashboard.
Sub-Team Admins can add and edit calendar links for members within their sub-team from the web dashboard.
Members can add and edit their own calendar links from both mobile and web.
Booking a meeting with a lead
If you have 1 link
Tapping the calendar icon opens your scheduling link directly.
If you have 2 or more links
Tapping the calendar icon opens a list of your saved links (with labels, if you've added them). Select the one you'd like to use.

If you haven't added any links yet
Tapping the calendar icon will show an empty state with a prompt to set up your links. You can tap the button to go directly to Calendar Links in Settings.
How lead data gets passed to your scheduling tool
One of the most powerful parts of this feature is that Popl automatically pre-fills your lead’s information in the scheduling form whenever possible. If information can’t be filled automatically, it’s easy to copy it from the Popl lead.
Automatic pre-fill is supported with the following platforms:
Calendly — Name and email are pre-filled
HubSpot Meetings — First name, last name, email, and company are pre-filled
Chili Piper — First name, last name, and email are pre-filled
Quick-copy for everything else:
For platforms that don't support automatic pre-fill, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Bookings, you can easily copy fields from the Popl lead. Upon opening the calendar link, the top of the window there is a button "Copy Popl Fields". Tap it to pull up the lead field details (name, email, company, and more) and you can quickly copy and paste what you need into the booking form.
This button is also available on the above platforms that support automatic pre-fill, so if you need to bring over data for a field that wasn't auto-filled, it's always one tap away.

Tracking booked meetings
After you close a calendar booking link, Popl will ask: "Did you book a meeting with this lead?"
If you select Yes, the meeting is logged and the calendar icon on the lead's profile updates to show a checkmark, so you and your team can see at a glance that a meeting has been booked.
When you tap the calendar icon again on a lead where a meeting has been booked, you'll see a "Booked" tag next to the link that was used. You can still tap any link to book additional meetings if needed.
If you select No, no updates are made to the lead or calendar links.

FAQ
Can I use a scheduling tool that isn't listed above? Yes. You can add any valid URL as a calendar link. Popl will open it normally and you'll be able to easily copy and paste data from the Popl lead to the form.
Is there a limit to how many links I can add? Yes, each user can have up to 10 calendar booking links.
Can admins set up links for their team members? Yes. Full Team Admins can manage links for any member, and Sub-Team Admins can manage links for members in their sub-team, all from the web dashboard.
